Cancellation Policy

Agreement Term and Commencement: The term of this agreement (“Agreement”) is for a period of six (6) months (“Initial Term”), commencing upon receipt by Rutigliano Marketing LLC (“Contractor”) of the agreed-upon payment from the client (“Client”). The Client agrees to remain a client of Rutigliano Marketing LLC for the duration of six (6) months. Payments shall be charged automatically on a monthly basis using the credit card provided by the Client.

Automatic Renewal and Continuation: If the Client does not communicate their intent to terminate services at the start of month six (6) of the Initial Term, the Agreement shall automatically continue on a month-to-month basis following the Initial Term, under the same terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

1. No Early Cancellation: The Client is not permitted to cancel services prior to the completion of the Initial Term. Any attempt to cancel before the end of the Initial Term will result in the Client being charged for the remaining balance of the Initial Term.
   
   
2. Termination Notification: The Client must provide at least thirty (30) days written notice to cancel services. Written notice must be sent to [email protected].
   
   
3. Payment of Remaining Balance: Should the Client cancel the Agreement within the Initial Term, the Client agrees to pay the remaining balance for the canceled months. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
   
   
4. Non-Refundable: Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. The Contractor will not issue refunds for any payments received.
   
   

Rationale for Cancellation Policy: Due to the significant amount of preparatory work and the use of expensive tools and resources required to fulfill the Client’s marketing needs, early cancellations cannot be accommodated. The Agreement ensures the Contractor can allocate the necessary resources and efforts to meet the Client’s objectives.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Contractor and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By entering into this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
